"My townhouse complex, in Eagan, has 22 units with upper level decks. We have had several years of not-so-great work done by other companies. We decided to give It's Your Deck a shot. Benny and his crew came in and power washed all the decks with a chemical that stripped off all the old gunk, sanded and/or repaired any areas that needed work, then stained them with a beautiful stain. They were at all times professional. There were no drips or stains on the patio decks below and everyone was very impressed at how nice our decks look now. Our decks look fantastic! The powerwashing of our siding made a huge improvement to the look of our homes.
